APPLICATION TAKES PLACE IN THREE STEPS
1. CHOOSING A (TYPE OF) COMMUNITYThere are several communities at Leo XIII you can choose from: religious and non-religious. They are briefly listed below.
a. Social commitment: Jericho, Hebron, Babel, Camino, Emmaus - living together with international students - weekly shared student meals - socially engaged: organising a charity activity b. Still unsure? You can also indicate that both a religious and a social community might suit you. We will then discuss this together. 2. UPLOAD A MOTIVATION LETTER
To apply for the Leo XIII seminary, a motivation letter is required. Click here to fill in your details and upload your motivation letter.
3. APPLICATION WITH KU LEUVEN
Also complete the official application form for KU Leuven residences. During the allocation procedure, first choices are handled first. Therefore, select Leo XIII as your first preference if you want to live here.
If you encounter any issues, you can always contact Luk Vanmaercke via email. Important note: in almost all KU Leuven residences, only students enrolled in a basic degree program (first bachelor’s degree, first master’s degree, bridging program, graduate program, preparatory program, or preparatory language year at ILT) can apply for a room. However, Leo XIII seminary is an exception: we also accept students enrolled in advanced bachelor’s programs, advanced master’s programs, PhDs, or other programs. |
