How to make a reservation for the music room:

1. search for a free moment in the agenda
2. make an event in your own agenda with your name in the title of the event and add this emailadres '[email protected]' as a guest. 
3. normally the google agenda will automatically add your reservation in this agenda of the music room, unless there was another request already
